ICARE Children and Family Advocacy Center partners with parents to build stronger families. Our goal is to reduce the risk factors that increasingly challenge families today. We offer strategies for strengthening families in need of extra support.

Who are We?
ICARE is a non-profit, child abuse prevention agency serving Kootenai County since 1992. In October 2008, we merged with St. Vincent de Paul, Kootenai County's largest social service provider. (Read Article from Coeur d'Alene PRESS).
