Why Care?
ICARE Children and Family Advocacy Center partners with parents to build stronger families. Our goal is to reduce the risk factors that increasingly challenge families today. We offer strategies for strengthening families in need of extra support.

Why Care?
Parenting is one of the toughest and most important jobs we will ever do, and we all have a stake in the outcome. Research has shown that parents who have the tools, resources and support they need are more likely to raise safe, healthy and productive children.
Through ICARE parents learn how to:
• Communicate calmly and clearly with children.
• Correct and redirect children without losing control.
• Identify, respond to, and advocate for their children's needs.
ICARE is a part of St. Vincent de Paul the largest social service provider in North Idaho. See their website.
